Right now, this is what I need to think. After being bogged down for a month, and pushing aside my work outs so I could focus on work, I realized I have less than 2 months before my half marathon.
I’m terrified. My running isn’t as quick as before, I can’t run non stop for the same distance. I’m hoping by the time the race is around I’ll be okay. That I won’t be picked up by the goofy mobile and driven to the finish line because I can’t even walk a 16 minute mile.
Although I have been scheduled at work for more days, and longer shifts [I’m a waitress], I’m hoping to put all my efforts into training. There’s no more time to waste!
