After being bogged down for a month, and pushing aside my work outs so I could focus on work, I realized I have less than 2 months before my half marathon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I’m terrified. My running isn’t as quick as before, I can’t run non stop for the same distance. I’m hoping by the time the race is around I’ll be okay. That I won’t be picked up by the goofy mobile and driven to the finish line because I can’t even walk a 16 minute mile. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Although I have been scheduled at work for more days, and longer shifts [I’m a waitress], I’m hoping to put all my efforts into training. I&amp;#8217;m sure I have gained weight, but I will not let that hinder me as I begin my last 2 month push before my first half marathon. &lt;/p&gt;

WOOO! :D No walking! Then after that I went into the kickboxing room to stretch for a little, then hit the punching bags a few times, then did sit ups, push ups, and roll ups. After that I headed down to the weight room and did my usual bicep and tricep work outs. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 sets of 20 bicep curls + 20 tricep extensions [combined] [12.5lbs each dumbbell]&lt;br/&gt;5 sets of 20 bicep curls  [12.5lbs each dumbbell] &lt;br/&gt;5 sets of 10 tricep extensions  [12.5lb dumbbell] &lt;br/&gt;5 sets of 20 bicep rows [12.5lbs each dumbbell] &lt;br/&gt;5 sets of 20 dead lifts [40 lbs barbell]&lt;br/&gt;5 sets of 10 incline bench press [40 lbs barbell] &lt;/p&gt;
