Rechecked the route to Target! It’s only 4.2 miles each way! So a total of 8.4 miles…unless I get lost on the trail, then I might be biking a longer distance!

Biking approximately 10-11 miles tomorrow with my friend! About 5 miles each way…to Target! :D Going to buy myself some Light Chocolate Silk Soymilk…yummm! :D
Bicycling is definitely a great way to fit in exercise while also getting things done. I just went for a bike ride to the market near my house to get whole grain pasta (Ronzoni), canned diced tomato, frozen veggies (for those vegetables that I never seem to be able to get in store [okra - I love okra]), and tuna! On the way home it’s also an extra workout, especially since I had to carry everything in my backpack!
Try riding a bike to go grocery shopping or when you go out for a bite to eat! You’ll be saving money on gas, and treating your body well!
