Fit and Healthy Smiles

I train wherever I can now - since everything has been piling up on me. I’ll be at work doing calf raises as I clean the windows, or as I wait for food to come out of the kitchen.

WOOO! Beach day tomorrow again! :D 
AND I just bought myself a pair of roller skates! Who said a work out can’t be fun! haha I am going to roller skate everywhere once I get better at it! It’s the same pair that the girl is wearing in an earlier post I made.

Going for another beach run this weekend! WOOHOO! :D
Was going to go to the gym today, but then I realized I have a bazillion assignments due today before midnight…but I also already bought tickets to see the Avengers. POOP. SO MUCH TO DO!
Hopefully I’ll be able to fit in a video of Pop Pilates or just do a ton of sit ups and such at home.

So nice at the gym today - was actually pretty sore when I started, and apparently my little toe which is now all bruised [it&#8217;s so purple&#8230;so weird] is needed for when I run. haha It was quite difficult not to have it hurt, BUT I ran for 45 minutes! WOOO! :D No walking! Then after that I went into the kickboxing room to stretch for a little, then hit the punching bags a few times, then did sit ups, push ups, and roll ups. After that I headed down to the weight room and did my usual bicep and tricep work outs. 
5 sets of 20 bicep curls + 20 tricep extensions [combined] [12.5lbs each dumbbell]5 sets of 20 bicep curls  [12.5lbs each dumbbell] 5 sets of 10 tricep extensions  [12.5lb dumbbell] 5 sets of 20 bicep rows [12.5lbs each dumbbell] 5 sets of 20 dead lifts [40 lbs barbell]5 sets of 10 incline bench press [40 lbs barbell] 
It was nice! :D Then stopped my trader joes to get bananas and mangos! omnomfnomf
