So nice at the gym today - was actually pretty sore when I started, and apparently my little toe which is now all bruised [it’s so purple…so weird] is needed for when I run. haha It was quite difficult not to have it hurt, BUT I ran for 45 minutes! WOOO! :D No walking! Then after that I went into the kickboxing room to stretch for a little, then hit the punching bags a few times, then did sit ups, push ups, and roll ups. After that I headed down to the weight room and did my usual bicep and tricep work outs.
5 sets of 20 bicep curls + 20 tricep extensions [combined] [12.5lbs each dumbbell]
5 sets of 20 bicep curls [12.5lbs each dumbbell]
5 sets of 10 tricep extensions [12.5lb dumbbell]
5 sets of 20 bicep rows [12.5lbs each dumbbell]
5 sets of 20 dead lifts [40 lbs barbell]
5 sets of 10 incline bench press [40 lbs barbell]
It was nice! :D Then stopped my trader joes to get bananas and mangos! omnomfnomf
