Working out does not mean having to do things you hate, but it can mean doing the things you love. Which now means I want to go buy roller blades. haha
currently curled up in bed, planning to take a nap before heading out for a late Disney night.
Also planning what I will be doing tomorrow - which will consist of an outside run to Starbucks [grab myself a small tea, then run back home], then going to the Disney store to grab me some ears [free hopefully], then clean up my entire kitchen [throwing away everything in my fridge that is bad and unhealthy, and making it organized, clean, and healthy].
Ah…I wish I had a gps watch for my runs so I could see my pace, how far I’ve ran, and such things.
On another note - I couldn’t wait to tell you guys…
I ended up weighing myself this morning and weighed in at:
150.1 lbs! ahhh!! So close to my GW1 - so excited! :D Must keep it up! Healthy eating goes a long way when you truly must be away from the gym to focus on other things.
